His name is Nick Harris -- he averaged 44+ yards per kick last year and is a preseason All-American pick by Playboy, Football News and The Sporting News. As a redshirt freshman, he punted 77 times to tie the Cal record. The next two years he punted 87 and 85 times. He needs only 72 punts this year to break the all-time NCAA record for most punts. Which seems likely since our offense SUCKS again (last year, the team's leading scorer was a safety (!), Deltha O'Neal, who scored six TD's on interception, punt and kick returns).
