You're going to love reading stuff (and names) that never made it to Hollywood. I had the letters for 10-years. The originals (and carbon copies) have been in storage since they were typed before being given to the museum where they were again put into storage. One very well-known Capone book author shared some of the facts in these letters...but he left out the good stuff pertaining to Florida. In fact, because of the situation Florida was in during 1930, very little was known back then other than Capone having a home here. One author's book never mentioned the Floridian Casino (one of several) being owned by Capone (25%) -- but the letters say it in black and white...and from a very interesting source. You'll also love reading about "payroll" and about a certain shipment of cases of beer and what problems that caused with a few involved.

Seventeen letters; five bucks...not bad in my book...especially when they ain't in nobody's book. <g>
