What you probably read on the board is that Monaco
is the only widely known gambling jurisdiction to
thave used his type of material.

I submitted Thomas C. Day's Monte-Carlo work to John
Yee to be published in our club magazine. The work
will be an excellent reference. The ANA granted me
permission to copy this out of print work. All I would like to
request is that whoever reads it and feels that
their time was not wasted and that they learned
something, to please send a $1 donation to the ANA
Library. I also suggest that this request be
included with the article when it's printed. Otherwise, for the time being, this board's archives has a wealth of information contributed to it for those who are willing to do a search.
