CC>CC is not a chapter of ANA. It is a MEMBER CLUB of ANA, which means it stands on its own as an organization. Look up CHAPTER in a dictionary. A chapter is a division of a larger organization and if you are not part of that organization, you are not a chapter and this includes all chapter members.
People who are members of a national organization can then become members of a chapter. That has been my stand on this issue from the very beginning and that is how I voted when I was a member of the CC>CC board of directors. The new board of directors has seen fit to stike down the meaning of CHPATER and I am not in agreement with what they did. Janice O'Neal
