Re: Del Webb's MINT slot card on EBay

I have a related card in my collection from Del Webb's Nevada Club in
Laughlin. Same general design. I think I got it about 1985 but it is
not dated.

These were issued/used at the time when the slots issued "Bonus Tickets"
to record the amount of play. I have ticket examples from the Mint,
Nevada Club, Riviera and Sams Town-Gold River. I have been told others
exist.

You got tickets as you played and then took them with your "slot card"
to the redemption booth and got certificates that could be used toward
prizes or comps. Sam's Town Gold River was 40 Tickets = $5 Cert. Nevada
Club was 20 tickets = $5 cert.
