We had a really nice meeting today, about 20 chippers showed up. The weather was great and everyone seemed to have a nice time trading and talking about chips. We even had 2 chip dealers from Atlantic City come up for the meeting. They liked it so much that they said that they will be back for our future meetings.

I want to thank everyone for helping with the barbecue by bringing lots of good things to eat. The highlight was Bob Ginsburg's wife's chocolate chip cookies. I've had an awful lot of cookies in my day and they were the best.

Please reserve Sunday, October 22nd for our next meeting. Not sure where, but I will let you know.

BTW. We had an interesting idea to hold a future meeting at either the Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun casinos. There are many New England chippers that we could hook up with any maybe help them start a new chapter. If you would attend a meeting at one of the CT casinos, please let me know.
