Re: I love my design clays & Ivories

I began collecting in 1976; tried to find an old complete set of chips for my small stakes faculty club; kept finding odds and ends of interesting designs; ran into an ad on Antique Trader from Dale Seymour and began corresponding; met Allan Myers and many others. Now have about 550 different ivory designs and 100,000+ clay designs, exclusive of casino & club chips. Indeed at one point I didn't want those ugly hub chips with monograms but would get them for a few pennies and 15 years later discover that they had history and value. My collection pales into insignificance compared with Allans, Seymours and others but it has brought me a good deal of pleasure even though none of my friends nor my children share my passion. Here are some pics of my latest ivory finds.
