I am not the expert here but this buyer does seem to need a NEGATIVE feedback with relation to your auction.

FIRST OFF I WOULD WAIT TO SEE WHAT TYPE OF FEEDBACK, "IF ANY", THE BUYER LEAVES FOR YOU.

NOW for the BIG question that I pose here for the EBAY Experts.

I am under the impression that you can leave feedback for any of your completed auctions which haven't reached a magical period of 60 days. NOT SURE.

So what if you wait till the last minute and leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for this buyer at that time. If he/she doesn't catch it I don't believe that they can leave you any NEGATIVE feedback after the 60 days are up. I think that all they can do is RESPOND inside their own feedback.

OK WHERE ARE THE E-BAY EXPERTS....

Also, if I were you, I'd print out that auction page and scan it so you have a copy of it for future reference.
