Nevada Tax Comm. records were destroyed by fire in 1960. It appears that the record since 1960 was kept by Nevada Gaming Control Board, and Pussy Cat's 9 lives were probably '64-'71 per C/W. NGC co-operated fully with Fuller and editor Herz according to the Index. Fuller was a former police detective and spent at least 20 years reasearching his stuff. Perhaps the "unlimited" surmise on your part is correct (not mentioned in the idex that I noticed...)but I'd be surprised if a craps game wouldn't show up on the record. Let's face it, a bureaucracy is gonna want to know just because it feels it can know. Umm, know what I mean? But I wasn't there, just got this here book. <g> Keep poking around and let us know what you can find out.
