Try using a 1¢ stamp. Where you would normally
write your return address, write the address of the
person you intend to receive the packet....and of
course your name and address in the TO: location.
Now, the key to this method is to write in large
lettes with a red marker: "IS THIS ENOUGH POSTAGE?" <G>
I'm not sure if re-using uncancelled stamps is
legal. This is why the USPC does not permit clear,
low-tack tape to be used over stamps.
