FYI, when the MGM Grand first opened, with 1 French roulette table, they contracted with Casinos Austria to run the table.

The dealers were imported from Europe. Over time they may have trained local dealers (or the table may have closed before that was necessary). Must have cost quite a bit to pay room & board for those imported dealers.
