Piccadilly Reno ... info please!

Considering how many chips I picked up at the convention, it's seems odd that the potentially most interesting chip I got this week was waiting for me in my mailbox when I got home. According to The Rise of the Biggest City, the Picadilly was located at 233 N. Virginia from 1946 to 1952, and licensed for slots, pan, poker and roulette. It became The Nugget in 1952, later called Jim Kelly's Nugget.

I don't find this chip, or any reference to Piccadilly in TCR or Jame's book, although it's listed in TGT (and listed as closing in 1947). Has anyone seen this chip before, or have any idea of value? Please note, the chip is actually a darker blue than the scan shows. I tweaked the brightness to get the hot stamp to show up better.
