If Dean was taking me to court over this...I'd send him a letter
saying, "I dare you!"

I don't advise you do this...but I don't think he has a legal leg to
stand on.

One thing I have noticed about individuals who cry "lawsuit!" that
didn't have a legal leg to stand on...they always seem to include a
statement like Dean's....the one about having a lawyer in the family
or something like that...for some reason, they feel the need to let
you know that their legal representation is going to be FREE...as if
to scare you off or something!
