Thanks for your posting. I just want to make sure I understand completely so I don't upset anyone at the swap session.

From the way I understand your posting...

If I am AT the swap session and I want a chip that a fellow member has... and I don't have anything he wants, it is "O.K." if I hand him $ for his chip?
I know that's the way it was done last year... but I got the feeling that people were having to sneak around to do it. In fact, I think I remember an announcment on the P.A. that "chips could not be sold during the swap session".

INHO, an impractible and unenforceable rule, if that WAS the policy last year.
