After reading Jim Pierre's concerns, I think something should be done to spare chippers having to read all the wacky, inane non chip related posts on the board. With this in mind, I think the following guidelines might help:

1) If you consider the post you are making to be NOT chip related type "OT" in the subject line. An "OT" (off topic) would save an unecessary click on that post for those only interested in chipping matters.

2) If the post being made is short enough to fit in the subject line, type it there with (EOM) at the end. Again, an unecessay click is saved.

3) As mentioned before and for various reasons, add your club number after your name.
