"Endangered Casinos" chip run

When casinos announce their closing several months in advance, I've figured that enough chippers would be stocking up on thier chips, so that the opportunity for price appreciation would be modest. However, I've been proven wrong on a number of occasions. The Dunes, Sands, Hacienda and others have telegraphed their closing, and yet their chips have done pretty well after closing.

Given that background, I thought I'd pick up a few extras next week from casinos that have announced their closing (or change of ownership) in the coming months. My list of "endangered casinos" is as follows:

Desert Inn - closing in 5 weeks.
Las Vegas Hilton - changing ownership by 12/00
Frontier - still scheduled for implosion?? if financing for new place can be arranged
Santa Fe - Station Casinos in process of buying it
Flamingo Hilton - probably will drop the "Hilton" part of the name at some point (When??)

Any others I'm missing? Also any predictions on price/demand for these chips, say, 2 years from now? (My hunch is that the DI chips will perform best, unless EVERYBODY stocks up on them...but my predictions haven't been particularly good.)
