I too have dealt with Dean and I have had one mishap. Actually, a package never arrived and was returned to Dean. Dean forwarded the envelope which was postmarked and addressed correctly but stamped on it...

Return to sender, no such person at address.

Although It was a bit weird, the second package arrived safely. Even a package from Washington state took nearly 2 months to arrive. But then again, I've never had a package arrive with the contents missing.

I do patronize Dean and will be a bit cautious but I guess until it happens to me, I will be taking my chance... I have been warned. ;-)
