Twist on the Insurance Problem.

I received a phone call from a women who had purchased some non-casino item on Ebay. This was a set of porcelin things which cost $150. She sent payment plus payment for shipping and insurance to the Seller.

The items arrived but many of the pieces were broken. The item had been properly insured by the Seller. The Seller told the woman to return the package so she did. Then the Seller went and made an insurance claim with the Post Office. The Post Office finally paid the claim to the Seller.

The Seller now refuses to return the money to the buyer. So the Seller got the $150 from the Buyer, the insurance money, plus has the items some of which are unbroken (I think that they lose value not being a complete set though)

By the time all this had taken place the deadline to leave feedback and make a claim on the Ebay insurance expired.
