I suggest that you just talk to the pit boss before you sit down and tell them the situation. My wife has a disability and can't handle her cards either. The dealers sometime ask the pitboss, but they have never failed to deal her cards up. Be prepared to offer a letter from your doctor if you don't want to deal with the eventual pitposs that thinks that "cause you cant see it, it doesn't exist". This is a much easier and effective approach than legal action.
