Gene has a point about anything which deals more than poker. But I would assume there is some kind of licensing needed for even poker card rooms. I would argue that any club without a license (for an extended amount of time) would be considered “illegal.” That is simply my interpretation of the subject. There are other states (mostly in the Pacific NW) which also confuse me about legality. I have a feeling there is some major gray area.

Jim, the clover chip is from the “Clover Club” in Hollywood. I believe it was one of Bugsy’s places. The “10” chip is fairly common, but there is a “1” denomination from Trimble on my website.
