TCR serves two purposes. One is to list chips. For that purpose it's best to list every chip known at time of publication. You certainly want to list the chip in question. The other is to list approximate value. A chip like this, new to the market, with such extenuating circumstances, hasn't established a value yet. There's too much frenzy to know where value will be tomorrow. You have a special listing code (*) for chips where there are too few documented sales to establish value. You need a code for a chip that is too new to establish a value, and too uncommon to be assigned a standard value. Then next TCR you assign a real value. I think that's the fair, unbiased way to handle this sort of situation.

BTW, I'll trade a Hilton $25 HAN straight across for a $25 Cure.
