Mine is a 5 Bef jeton, made by Caro Paris France, for the Casino Oostende. It was used as of 1 april 1974 to collect Tax on the roulette with no zero.
It became obsolete in 1978 when no more tax was levied. (is that a correct word)
I got it early 1974 and as of then I was facinated by jetons/chips/plaques. I was just 11 years old at the time.
