Several chips have the owner's names or initials on them (e.g. in Vegas Rio has Macor) even some Riverboats have different UV markings - e.g.: Emerald Lady & Diamond Lady have "Greenbridge" (if memory serves me... I'll have to check my notes...)

I'm 'not familiar with "MPGE" - yet Jim Pierre's theory is a sound one...
