It think that is probably the case. Eastman's guide shows a purple H&C hotstamped PIB was used at Palace Indian Bingo and that a blue H&C was in use at British American Bingo. Both listings show the same address in Lemoore.

I understand that they are planning to open the Palace Indian Gaming Center at that location in June so they are "moving on up".

Any info you can find out from them would be much appreciated. Thanks!
