First let me say that I am computer illerate.

A few minutes ago I scanned some chips to put on ebay, and it went as usual.
I then went to Adobe photo deluxe like I always do hit get photo, hit get photo again, than hit open file. Thats where I am having trouble. None of my new files are there. what appears as a heading is c drive which is what I want, but no files. I didn't set this system up, Don Anthony did it for me, and unfortunately he can't come help me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated especially if you can put it in dummy terms.
