Using both Internet Explorer & Netscape I am unable to open Rich's documents and when they do open the image doesn't show. Rich has patiently sent me posts with the pics when they were of interest to me, but I suspect he tires of that since I seem to be the only person with this trouble. GREG or other great PC gurus do you have a hint as to why this happens to me?
