Bob,

They have both $5,000 and $10,000 plaques on the Paris French roulette table. I've seen $5,000 plaques leave the table, but haven't seen anyone try to buy one. I've been trying my best to win one over the last six months, just to have long enough to scan (not a value that I can afford to collect.) I don't recall seeing anyone having to fill out tax papers when cashing in $5,000 chips (or for that matter, $5,000 worth of chips). There must be a provision of some kind that allows chips to be cashed without the paperwork. It's likely the government figures that someone getting paid $5,000 on a $1 slot didn't buy into that machine for $5,000, and therefore they HAD to make a large profit....
