What type of printer are you using? I'd say that the printer driver that you have got corrupted some how...
Not meaning to give the MAC people anymore ammunition than they already have, Windows 98 is not as stable as most people would like. I've been told by a few people that know more about computers than I do, that anyone running Win98 should re-install it at least every six months...

I would suggest re-installing the printer driver and try printing your document again.
