Yikes!

Well, Katie, your initial description of the envelope didn't do it justice. I think your word was "mangled," which obviously wasn't strong enough. At least the chips made it safely. I've mailed chips and other items from about 400 auctions and always have used a padded envelope. This was the one day I was out of them and knew I wasn't going to be able to get any more for a few days, which is why I sent them - for the last time - this way. You learn something new every day around here.
