Just wondering, why was it the government (Fed. and states) that sued Microsoft, instead of the poor, down-trodden competition? No, Bill Gates isn't hurtin' after the past two weeks of stock hits. It's the rest of us S.O.B.'s that have a little fewer shares of MS in our portfolios.

A guy I know thinks that its all a "vast LEFT-wing conspiracy" to shake the country up just before the election.
