One of the cheapest chips I have ever seen. I would think that professional gamblers would have better.

I sort of think it is FC, not TC. Looking at script lettering, the F's and the T's look alike except for the cross in the middle of the F. There looks like a little knob there that could be the cross in the T. Script alphabet here: http://www.capspro.com/script.html
