FRENCH PLAQUE SET OFFER. Circa: 1950s

Pieces were first used in AIX-les-BAINS in the 1950s and continued to be use after the French Monetary Reform Act of 1961 when every 100F then became one New Franc. Casinos had the option to either order new inventory or adjust the denomination to conform.

I've been offering these heavy molded plastic pieces since 1991, and this is what I have remaining:

1000/10,00 rectangle, yellow, 68 x 40mm
obv: monogram

PRICE: $15 (7-pieces left)

500/5,00 oval, green, 64 x 38mm

PRICE: $15 (3-pieces left)

100/1,00 eound, blue, 40mm

The 4-piece set: $49
