My take is that there are not over 200 serious obsolete chips collectors in the hobby, John. By serious, I mean in the market for $100+ chips. I'd guess less than 50 have ever spent $1000 on a chip. I consider myself a serious collector, but I've never put $1K into a single chip.

Of course, JohnB only nees one to sell another of his pretty roulettes <g>.
