In case you have not heard, PayPal is a free transaction service that lets you e-mail money to other people and you can charge it to your credit card. There are NO fees for anyone, and you get $10 just for signing up (with no obligations to PayPal). You can also earn money by getting friends(or anyone else) to register (and they get $10 too). I have used it for a few transations and it works really well (their site was overwhelmed for a while, but they have fixed it)

Restrictions:
