Bob: I purchased a large poker chip rack of the chip you described last Spring.
They came in different colors and were typical of traditional poker chips. I took three of each color and resold the rack for a several hundred dollar profit before I left the antique show. The dealer who purchased them from me specialized in antique poker chips and identified them as chips that were issued in the early 1900's as poker chips. They were apparently relatively expensive when first sold and not too many chips survive. I do not know if they were ever used in a Cuban casino but the South American that I have been purchasing my Cuban chips from has told me that American generic poker chips were commonly used on the roulette tables and the poker tables in Cuba.
