Pete ought to be proud. Following hyperlinks around one evening before this past Christmas I found my first chip site, Pete's Las Vegas Chips. The link there led me to my first encounter with eBay and my first chip... a "valetrizzo" piece. Now I'm sitting here, TCR at hand amidst @ 100 chips with a new CC>CC # (R-4603). I could tell Pete was having a lot of fun doing this by looking at his website. All this led me to becoming a collecter too and I hope to be able to add something to the hobby along the way. Thanks to Gene Trimble's Arrowhead Inn research and subsequent articles, I have a John Benedict "JSB" chip in transit. When I recieve it, I'll hold it and think about rich socialites, degenerate gamblers, mobsters and crooked pols... well, you folks all know what the attraction of these things are.
