I meet with Chuck to try and buy this collection. He is not the owner, he sells antique toys here in Las Vegas and being paid a percentage to sell the chip collection. Their are a lot of nice pieces but as you can see by the open bids he will not need a shill bidder to do a protection bid. Its more like he's offering the chips for sale at high book, rather then a auction. Good hunting to all....mike
