Does Nevada law require casinos to comply with a request that someone be "evicted or arrested" if he shows up? If so, how is that law policed? If I wrote such a letter to the Fiesta, then showed up at the door, no one (except you) would even know who the hell I was.

This is the kind of stuff that gives lawyers (and the law) a bad name!
