The new casino he was building, The Stardust, was in deep trouble as he had oversold the stock by 3 times to some guys with 3 vowels on the end of their names. My source tells me the heart attack at the DI saved him a lot of pain.
Moe Dalitz stepped in and finished the Stardust. Tonys son was the casino mgr not long after it opened. Go figure.
