Re: MS Boheme chips
In Response To: Re: MS Boheme chips ()

John, So far the only thing I've found from the MS Boheme is an ashtray in a thrift shop. If you happen to get any more information on these chips LMK. In the meantime I'll see what I can find out here in Florida. As John Benedict pointed in an earlier response, there are many smaller cruise ships that use nondescript chips. I was on the Seawind which sailed to the southern Caribbean from Aruba. The casino was real small & the chips that were used looked like they were taken from a closed casino in the 1930's. The only thing I could make out was the colors of the chips. The hot stamps had been rubbed off, the chips were nicked & dinged & the edges were almost ground to a point. This was during the Prodigy days & I never brought back any chips for my collection or to trade. Ashtrays, brochures & the like turn up but I have never seen any chips or tokens.
