In the old days, the club only allowed a certain number of 1st class mailings to go out because there was a minimum number of mailings required to keep the bulk mail permit. Nowadays, there are plenty of members (I LOVE this hobby! Who would have guessed?) so anyone can pay the extra $$$ and get it sent first class. Check with Jim Steffner.
