When is it an "ERROR"? Revisited

I know, I've asked this question before.

Is an item that has a mispelling on it like the word "LIMITIED" on the Eldorado Brew Brother's Silver Strike and "ERROR" if it was never corrected?

I say NO.

We now currently have a similar problem with the Bellagio Year of the Dragon Silver Strike.

I don't read chinese so I don't know if this is an error but ALL of the tokens have the writing on them as pictured here. It has been said that the entire image is reversed. I don't know. If the image is reversed then even the dragon on the token is reversed and the head should be on the left side of the token.

Note that ALL the tokens found are identical. So, is it an error or not.

Note that several E-bay auctions are describing this token as an "ERROR". Is it so that the token will obtain HIGHER bids? IMO Most likely. However this token IS a very limited issue. Is this writing here actualy chinese words or just something the artist made up?

Ok where's our chinese language expert? I need help here.
