Definately true, Scott and I agree with you 100% about mis-representing the condition of chips. I must have misunderstood the original posting thinking you wanted an opinion on collecting 'worn' chips. That opinion of mine is still true and I'll add that if someone wanted to charge MORE for a chip stating it was in 'mint' condition and it wasn't.....I'd want a refund!!
