The Riviera Casino just opened 8 hours ago in Black Hawk, Colorado. Sorry, there are no $1 or $2.50 chips, as of right now. $5 and $25 chips only! They had a soft opening. The casino was packed with people! Grand opening will be in a couple of weeks.
