RARE CARSON FIND 1936

Got a bunch of IDs the other day from Howdy's Mason files. Most were illegals, Montana, Pacific Northwest, etc, but one great chip jumped out of the pile. Here's a scan of the order form; I had found one of the green 5.00 chips a while back. The card shows a small order of chips from 5c through 5.00, made in Feb 1936 for the Victory Club, which was then located at 406 North Carson. Tom Pardini, I believe, is the Tommy in Tommy's Victory Club, which was open from 1933 to 1937. Is this possibly the earliest known chip found from Carson City?
