I don't know for a fact that Super Sunday with the number would be protected, though I wouldn't be surprised. I've never seen anything to indicate that the NFL has any protectible interest in the phrase Super Sunday, but they could very well have protected it. One of those things that I personally find offensive (that a business can preempt use of such generic terms).
