I recently came across a few of these chips. They are NOT rare. They are from the Herbert S. Steward Post 1363, Council Grove, Kansas. 5-30-32 to 4-18-96. They are mustard in color and have a HUB mold. They are in very good shape, yet a little dirty. If you are interested in buying or trading, please send me an email. (history info from Greg Susong).
