Scan is an uncirculated 20 Colone bill retired in 1994 when the Colone was either re or de - valued. Don't remember which. Max Stern is a professional poker player and a doctor from Costa Rica. Him and his wife have both won WSOP events.
Max bought a ton of the bills and had them mounted for gifts. I think he told me it was about 6¢ US when it was retired.

Max has also written a new poker machine game and designed a new table game. IGT is doing the poker machine and the Fiesta will be doing the trial period for gaming approval on the new table game. It looks exciting.
