Hi Travis; The RES-1 has a H&C mold, as do all 1st issue Resorts chips. The one that is currently on ebay is the much tougher RES-1a that has the same color edge inserts but with a house mold. If the chip being offered is a real nice mint specimen, with clean sharp edges no dings, it ought to go for a couple hundred bucks or more.

The problem with it being offered on ebay is I've found that the more experienced bidders wait until the last possible minute to submit their bids, (snipping it is called) and quite a few of them will get shut out at the last minute as well, as a result of entering their bids too late after the clock runs out.
