The dealer doesn't misdescribe it [SEE the "United States of America" chip--# 1] ; but is the chip "rarely seen?" Isn't this a chip that can be purchased at Paulson's for under a buck or is this a chip no longer available at the store. $9 seems awfully high for such a chip.
